Driving School Policies

Student Requirements
All students must be appropriately dressed and are required to bring their valid Learner’s License to every lesson.

Lesson & Service Fees

  • 60-minute lesson: $90 (includes a minimum of 45 minutes behind the wheel). Payment to be made prior the lesson in person.

  • 5 lessons package: First 4 lessons will be charged at 90$ per lesson, last lesson will be charged at 65$. Payment to be made after each lesson.
  • 10 lessons package: First 8 lessons will be charged at 90$ per lesson, last 2 lessons will be charged at 40$ per lesson. Payment to be made after each lesson.

  • Road Test Session:   Minimum 2 hours (includes a 1-hour warm-up prior to the test). Payment to be made prior the warm-up lesson.

No passengers are permitted in the vehicle during lessons unless authorized by the instructor.

Using Your Own Vehicle
If you choose to use your own car for the road test but have the school schedule the test for you, a service fee of $100 applies.

Road Test Requirements
Students must bring two pieces of valid government-issued ID (e.g., passport, birth certificate, PR card), along with their driving license on the test day. Any outstanding lesson fees must be paid before the road test.

ICBC road test fees are separate and must be paid by the student.

  • Class 7 Test: Approx. $35

  • Class 5 Test: Approx. $50

  • License Issuance Fee (upon passing): Approx. $75

Note: Prices are subject to change without prior notice. No refunds will be issued for completed lessons.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

To cancel or reschedule a lesson, students must notify the school by email at least 48 hours in advance:

  • Less than 48 hours’ notice: $40 fee + GST

  • Less than 24 hours’ notice: Full lesson fee will be charged

Important Conduct Notice
Aggressive, threatening, or abusive behavior toward instructors or staff will not be tolerated. Service will also be refused to anyone under the influence of drugs or alcohol. In such cases, the school reserves the right to cancel lessons with no refund.

Late Arrivals & No-Shows

  • If the instructor arrives at the scheduled location and the student is not present, the lesson is forfeited, with no reschedule or refund.

  • Students arriving more than 15 minutes late will lose that time from their lesson, and the full fee will still apply.

  • Instructors will wait up to 20 minutes. If the student has not arrived by then, the instructor will leave, and the lesson will be marked as a no-show with no refund or reschedule.
